TUCSON, AZ - October 28, 2025 - Pools by Design is thrilled to announce it will participate as a sponsor for the El Rio Gala this year on Saturday, November 1st, 2025, from 6–10 p.m. at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa.

Celebrating 55 Years, the El Rio Gala is an esteemed community event that celebrates and raises necessary funds for the non-profit and its efforts to expand access to high-quality, affordable, and integrated care for Southern Arizona residents.

This year’s Gala theme is “Aloha,” and will benefit youth mental health. Hosted by the El Rio Health Foundation, the “Aloha” evening will feature festive programming, dining, and opportunities to support vital services for local youth.

Many people know “Aloha” as hello, goodbye, or love. But aloha carries a deeper meaning that also speaks to the mission of El Rio,an essence of being that embodies love, peace, compassion, mutual respect, and a way of living in harmony with people and the land with mercy, sympathy, grace, and kindness. To greet someone with aloha is to offer genuine regard and affection, extending warmth and care with no expectation of anything in return.
