GENEVA, SWITZERLAND / AGILITYPR.NEWS / May 22, 2024 / SGS, the world’s leading testing, inspection and certification company, has published SafeGuardS 070.24 to provide stakeholders with an overview of Saudi Arabia’s new Technical Regulations for Textile Products.

Officially adopted on January 12, 2024, the updated regulation sets forth the requirements for textile products and outlines the conformity assessment procedures for suppliers. It becomes effective on July 10, 2024, and suppliers will have one year from the date of publication in the Official Gazette to comply.
