OKLAHOMA CITY, OK / AGILITYPR.NEWS / October 15, 2026 / S&J Land Administration Services LLC has named Taylor Richards as its new Director of Land Services and Administration. Richards will work alongside Team Leader and attorney Sandra K. Fraley in overseeing the team that provides administrative land services to clients in the energy industry.

Richards brings more than 13 years of experience to the role, with a background in leading land administration teams, overseeing multi-basin oil and gas operations, and managing extensive leasehold and mineral portfolios across multiple states. She supports ownership, division-of-interest governance, lease and contract administration, land records, acquisition and divestiture due diligence, internal controls, data integrity, and systems implementation.
